Grubbs Emergency Services, LLC (GES) is a national debris management company headquartered in Tampa, Florida. The company employs twenty-plus full-time employees to support our various operations, as well as more than fifty trained reservists who are activated to support response and recovery operations as project managers during storm season.

The company began its Emergency Services business in 1993 as a division of Grubbs Construction Company and is considered a “pioneer firm” in the industry, participating in over 150 major disaster initiatives since its inception. The company has responded to communities struck by disaster for over 30 years. In the early days, Gary Grubbs launched the business following a clean-up effort in March 1993 after the “no name storm” flooded Hernando Beach.

The responsiveness of the GES staff quickly earned them a reputation in the budding debris management industry. As a result, the company was retained by clients across the Southeast and Midwest cleaning up debris from ice storms, tornadoes, hurricanes, wildfires, floods, wastewater spills, train derailments, and other miscellaneous catastrophic events.
